Buyer pricing

Flippa currently advertises free buyer access and Flippa Premium at $49 per month. Its live pricing page also offers annual billing. Premium adds earlier access and additional deal/data features.

Seller listing packages

Flippa's current pricing page shows entry self-service packages beginning at $29 for smaller assets. Package options, term lengths and included visibility vary with asking price.

Success fees

Success fees vary by asking-price range and sale route. The live page currently shows a 10% success fee for lower-price self-service examples and different rates for broker-led offerings. Do not assume one fee applies to every transaction.

Transaction costs

Payment, escrow, optional services or brokerage can add to the total cost of selling. Model the entire transaction rather than only the listing fee.
